HSPT Information

Students who have applied and paid the application fee to Bishop Montgomery High School by January 7, 2026, will be automatically registered to take the HSPT at Bishop Montgomery on Saturday, January 24, or Saturday, February 7, at 8:00am at BMHS. Students may indicate their preferred test date on their application. Once the application is submitted, no further reservation is required. 

• Eighth-grade students who wish to be considered for first-round admission and/or one of our freshman Scholarships must take the HSPT at BMHS on Saturday, January 24, 2026, or Saturday, February 7, 2026.
  
  
• Students applying to Catholic high schools that require the HSPT need to take the test only once. Students who take the HSPT at Bishop Montgomery may request that their scores be sent to other high schools. (*Limit 2 schools) If a student takes the HSPT at another high school, he/she should request that those scores be sent to Bishop Montgomery.
