Financial Obligations

TUITION
Tuition for the year is divided into ten (10) equal payments. Payments are due on the first day of the month. Payments are due August 1 through May 1.

All tuition payments, unless paying by cash, are to be made through Blackbaud Tuition.

If you are making a CASH payment, please bring payment to the tuition office directly and ask for a receipt.

LATE CHARGES
A late charge of $50.00 will be assessed on any account that has a tuition balance as of the 1st of the month.

All payments must be received by the 1st.

Parent/guardian is responsible for making sure that payments are received by due date. (Late fees cannot be reversed if a student forgets to turn in payment.)
SCHOLARSHIPS and GRANTS
The total amount of the scholarship or grant is divided into 10 equal parts and deducted monthly from the tuition (unless donor notifies us otherwise).
DELINQUENT TUITION
A late fee is charged after the 1st of each month

If tuition is more than two months in arrears, the school reserves the right to withhold the student from exams and/or to be unable to return to school.

Students are not allowed to take finals unless tuition payments are current.  Diplomas, grades, transcripts, and locators can also be withheld.

The school reserves the right to withhold the students’ privileges to attend prom, luau, and/or grad night if tuition is delinquent.
