What is the Fall Fundraiser?
The annual Bishop Montgomery Fundraiser is our school’s only required fundraiser for current families. The school relies on the proceeds of this major fundraiser as part of the operating budget. With parental support, we expect 100% of the families to meet at least 100% of their quota.

The success of this fundraiser is linked to the enthusiastic participation of both parents and students. We encourage families to reach out to aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and other family members and friends to help them reach their quota.

Parents are encouraged to double the amount of their support by investigating matching fund programs through the Human Resources Department at their place of employment. 

Family Quotas
Per the 2023-24 Parent/Student Contract, families with one or two students at BMHS are responsible for selling or buying 10 tickets ($250) per student.  Families with 3 or more students are required to sell 8 tickets ($200) per student.

Each ticket is $25.
Payment Plans
Plan #1 (Tax-Deductible Donation*)
Payment can be made as a tax-deductible donation.
Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, October Blackbaud Tuition
Due: November 1
*By making a tax-deductible donation, no tickets will be provided in exchange for this gift.

Plan #2 (Lump Sum Payment / Includes Tickets)
Payment can be made as a one-time, lump sum payment
Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, October Blackbaud Tuition
Due: November 1

Plan #3 (Blackbaud Tuition Installments / Includes Tickets)
Payments can be made in three (3) equal monthly installments through Blackbaud Tuition 
Payment: Blackbaud Tuition (September, October & November)
1 child = $83.33 per month  / 2 children = $166.67 per month  / 3 children = $200 per month

Send a check, made payable to Bishop Montgomery High School, and include in the memo the name(s) and grade(s) of your children.

Blackbaud Tuition
Families can choose to have their lump sum payment added to Blackbaud Tuition by calling 310.540.2021 x242.
Prizes & Incentives
Grand Prize Drawings
There will be a drawing for the winners of four (4) cash prizes. First prize is $5,000; Second prize is $2,500; Third prize is $1,500; Fourth prize is $1,000. Every ticket sold will be automatically eligible for these cash prizes. Winners need not be present

Other Prizes
1. Each family that reaches its quota will be automatically placed in a drawing for a tuition credit. There will be two (2) $500 winners chosen.
2. Each family that reaches its quota will be automatically placed in a drawing for a free yearbook (if paid for already, winner will receive a refund). One (1) winner per class (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior) will be chosen.
Ticket Distribution & Collection
All tickets will be sent home in September.
To be eligible for the grand prize drawings, ticket stubs are due back to BMHS no later than November 16.
