I am a dedicated music educator and percussionist with a deep passion for inspiring young musicians through creativity, discipline, and performance. From an early age, music has been the cornerstone of my life. Starting as a drummer and later as an educator committed to helping students find their own voice through music. I believe that music education not only builds skill but also cultivates teamwork, confidence, and self-expression. My approach to teaching combines strong technical instruction with an emphasis on musicality and community, encouraging students to appreciate the art of performance as both a personal and shared experience.
Since graduating from Bishop Montgomery High School, I have been working with TBK as the drumline coach and assistant band director. I now direct the TBK Music Program and teach two classes, guiding students in both beginning and advanced music classes. I am currently in a Single Subject Music Teaching Credential Program at California State University, Long Beach, and am projected to finish in the Fall of 2026.
