Adam Wojack has been a secondary school English teacher since 2015. His current classes are Honors British Literature (12th grade), AP Seminar (11th-12th grades) and AP Research (12th grade.) Before Bishop, he taught in the New York City public school system, mostly at James Madison High School in Brooklyn. Prior to that he served 27 years in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and was posted to many overseas locations, including Germany, Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan.
 
He holds a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English from the state of California, along with a Professional Certificate in Teaching English from New York state. He has a Master of Science in Education from Hunter College in New York City; a Master of Military Art and Science from U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baruch College in New York City. He is originally from Sonoma County, California.
