Torrance, CA (March 5, 2018): Alex Gibson, BMHS Class of 1975, won an Academy Award on Sunday night for Sound Editing for his work on Dunkirk. It was the first Oscar and first nomination for Gibson, who was the supervising music editor for the acclaimed film. Gibson is pictured at right, accepting the Academy Award.
