Torrance, CA (September 28, 2012): Bishop Montgomery boys' basketball standout Lamond Murray, Jr. '13 made a verbal commitment to continue his basketball career at Pepperdine University.
In 2011-12, Murray was named 1st Team All-Del Rey League, 1st Team All-CIF (Division 4AA), 1st Team All-Area Daily Breeze, and 5th Team All-Junior in California by ESPN.com. He averaged 20.2 points and 9.7 rebounds for the Knights.
