On Thursday, March 5, our seniors had a special presentation with Ms. Joy Boese-Theodora, Founder and President of E3 Consulting, who has over 30 years of experience in helping organizations align advanced technologies with real human needs, capabilities, and behaviors. Ms. Boese-Theodora spoke to the Class of 2026 for their upcoming senior exit interviews. A senior exit interview is a structured presentation with graduating seniors to gather feedback about their educational experience. Students typically introduce themselves and then a panel asks them questions about their experience at the school, their future plans, and their faith life. Afterwards, the panel provides feedback on the student’s presentation and resume. In her presentation, Ms. Boese-Theodora gave our seniors helpful tips and expectations for their interviews. She shared her numerous professional experiences on how to excel in the interview process and how to be successful in their future careers.
