Torrance, CA (April 16, 2024): Bishop Montgomery junior Jordin Blackmon '25 today was named an All-American for the 2023-24 basketball season.
Blackmon, who helped lead the girls' basketball team to the Del Rey League title and the CIF State Division I title, was named an Honorable Mention Junior All-American by MaxPreps. She is the third player in program history to be named an all-american and she is the 20th student-athlete in BMHS history to earn all-american status.
Blackmon was named Del Rey League MVP, Los Angeles Times All-Star and Daily Breeze Player of the Year after averaging 13.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.2 steals per game for the Knights.
