At Bishop Montgomery we understand you are unique you're one of a kind but we know you also want to belong you want to belong to something bigger something more a community that appreciates you and your talent the community that sees your strengths a community a couple leaves in your potential you want to high school then wants you and I think that's one of the things that makes us unique staff Administration we're really focused on not only academically preparing our students for the next level but really giving them a foundation in their fee we also want to make sure they have a strong exposure to the art to all the opportunities for social growth for the next chapter in our lives ultimate goal is to always be supporting them during this chapter to be their best selves to be more and to give more and everything they pursue Catholic identity is truly what makes as Bishop Montgomery is that awareness of God within us and you truly feel that just walking in the doors of course we have religion classes and Retreats for all grade levels music Ministry campus ministry and so many different ways that are students can grow in their Catholic identity of couples really makes Bishop thrive in is grounded how to make offerings were able to tailor each student's schedule to fit their needs and their strength summer students to excel if they're high cheating students will talk to them about our honors and advanced placement classes if there is student trying to find their way then we'll look at a balance of classes across Fine Arts humanities science and health and choose forces where they will be successful but the whole entire process is truly individualized to each student and everything we're really proud of here official Montgomery as preparedness for college and the application process of the counselors work directly with each student and see what they need for the best fit we look at students financial situation and help guide parents through the academic and scholarship Search for really excited about Bishop Montgomery is college matriculation rate because each school is where the student needs to be we have Ivy League attendance we have California UC and out-of-state Public Schools we have selective private 4-year schools and all of those schools are represented in our senior class because that's an individual fit for each kids in the process I got to speak on digital learners has been at the Forefront of a curriculum creating composing coding and collaborating on projects across all disciplines I wanted one prime book program put slimming at as soon as fingertips that Julie and strengthens Bishop's blend of technology and traditional classroom instruction Here at Bishop Montgomery Sports represented by 40 teams as evidence to that over the last 10 years Bishop Montgomery has had over 130 student-athlete sign with colleges and universities UCLA Carnegie Mellon Oregon State University Cornell and the United States Military Academy at West Point just to name a few. As a student athlete Bishop amazing feeling I can feel the encouragement of my classmates both on my team and with the one cheering me on the best part of Athletics at Bishop is the support of a community that has my back no matter what I've learned to push myself both inside and outside of the classroom and on and off the field I've learned how to balance everything going on so that I can be the best that I can be at night great friends and my classes and on my team the community that is Bishop Montgomery support you always playing at the student section is cheering or when you're in the student section and you're surrounded by six. It's it's a really close. What us the reasons I love Bishop Montgomery is that I have the opportunity to try so many new things my experience in Bishop's trauma lab has been so fun in the theater we work together to put on great productions for the community last year I also decided to try band and enjoy the practices with my friend just as much as before the artificial are so full of energy and is a place for everyone even if you've never done it before I'm so lucky to go to Bishop Montgomery it's a place where everyone's accepted and I can come and get myself I also so when I'm at school I can go anywhere on campus and know that I'm a valuable part of this community it's been so easy to make friends Bishop in such a diverse place and it's amazing how we all come together and have such a great time does Roosevelt School I was nervous that we can buy I knew it was going to be a problem there's so many ways to get involved in robotics and mock trial doing bad song to drama and Theatre what kind of leadership opportunities like student council and Bishop ambassadors high school work family and I am so excited to be a part of it
