Bevaris Alliance, BMHS' food service provider, has partnered with GPSpay.net to bring you a new mobile app solution to pre-pay your student’s meal account. This partnership provides the mobile capability parents have requested. You can fund your student’s account through a shared family wallet and view your student’s food purchases in real time.
As of today, the only accepted forms of payment are cash or a GPSpay account. In-person payment with credit card or mobile wallet is not currently available but will be soon.
To participate in this food service program, please create a Parent Account by following the steps below:
On your mobile device download the GPSpay app from the app store and/or in your browser head to GPSpay.net:
- Follow the prompts to create a Parent/Guardian Account.
- You will receive an email with a verification code.
- Enter this verification code to verify your account.
- Add each of your students by clicking the student button.
- Click the plus (+) sign in the top right-hand corner for each additional student.
- In the Student ID section, enter your student’s school ID number, followed by the School Code: Bishop Montgomery. Your student's ID number will be printed on the student ID card and can also be found on the Student Info/Demographics page in Aeries.
- Once your student(s) is added, you will be able to add funds by selecting the Funds tab.
- To view transaction history, select the History tab.
- When applicable, a QR Code will be generated and can be shared with your student(s) for the purpose of mobile authentication in-person.
School Code: Bishop Montgomery
A parent/guardian account may be linked to more than one student, but a student will only be linked to one parent/guardian. Parent/guardian login information may be shared to allow multiple people to add funds, including your student(s) if desired.
Acceptable forms of payment accepted at the Bevaris snack bar:
Cash or GPSpay Account are the only forms of payment accepted. In-person payment with credit card or mobile wallet will be coming soon.
Fee Summary
Credit/Debit transactions have a 4.25% convenience fee both in line and online, with a minimum $5.00 purchase in line, and a minimum transaction of $25.00 when adding funds to an account online.
Deposit transactions using ACH (Checking or Savings) will incur a $2.00 flat fee regardless of the amount. When utilizing ACH, a maximum transfer of $500.00 is permitted.
No checks or cash will be taken onsite to apply to a shared wallet.
