Senior Exit Interviews
A senior exit interview is a structured presentation with graduating seniors to gather feedback about their educational experience. Students typically introduce themselves and then a panel asks them questions about their experience at the school, their future plans, and their faith life. Afterwards, the panel provides feedback on the student’s presentation and resume.
It is our goal at Bishop Montgomery to give greater validity to the portfolio process. The portfolio should be seen as a meaningful assessment that has personal purpose for the students (and to receive real interview and public speaking experience). Teachers, in turn, will have greater investment knowing that the portfolio will serve as a greater end-product.
