Football Clinches League Title

Torrance, CA (October 27, 2018): The Knights wrapped up the Camino Real League title on Friday with a convincing 54-26 win over St. Monica in a game played at Palisades High School. The Knights finished the regular season 8-2 overall and 3-0- in league play.
 
The Knights and St. Monica were tied 20-20 at the half before BMHS broke the game open early in the 3rd quarter. The Knights scored on every possession of the second half to pull away.
 
The Knights were led on offense by senior Kyle Moten '19, who rushed for 272 yards and 4 touchdowns. The 272 yards are the 7th most yards in a game in school history. Matthew Origel '19 rushed for 180 yards, including a 93-yard TD run in the 4th quarter.
 
The Knights open the CIF-SS Division 13 playoffs on November 2 when they host Garey HS at 7:00pm.
