Torrance, CA (May 31, 2018): Bishop Montgomery is excited to announce that Hermosa Beach native Tiffany Morales has been hired as head coach of the girls' volleyball program. Morales takes over for Keegan Featherstone-Felix, who stepped down after the birth of her first child. Felix compiled a 90-60 record in five seasons, including two league titles and five CIF-SS playoff appearances.
Morales is no stranger to the South Bay. She is a 2012 graduate of Redondo Union where she had a decorated playing career. She was a 4-time All-Bay League 1st Team pick, including Most Outstanding Player honors as a senior. She was also a 4-time Daily Breeze All-Area 1st Team pick and 1st Team All-CIF as a senior.
She went on to play at the University of Michigan where she finished her career with 1,747 digs, which is 3rd in Michigan history. She was named Academic All-Big Ten twice and was a Freshman All-Big Ten Team pick.
