2018-19 FAMILY FINANCIAL SURVEY
Dear Parents/Guardians:
We are asking each family to complete the Family Financial Survey (see link below). It is a simple survey comprised of ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ questions and all answers are strictly confidential. The information gathered in the survey will help Bishop Montgomery continue its participation in Title I supplemental educational programs, such as subsidizing the cost of technology infrastructure upgrades. Title I supplemental educational programs are paid for with tax dollars.
The U.S. Congress passed the “No Child Left Behind Act of 2001” (NCLB) which took effect on July 1, 2002. Title I, Part A, of NCLB provides supplemental educational services to students in both public and private schools. The purpose of the Act is to provide additional help for children so that they can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the challenging student performance standards that all children are expected to meet.
Please take a few minutes to complete the Family Financial Survey as soon as possible (once per family).
