New School Year Brings Changes to Campus

Torrance, CA (August 30, 2017): With the new school year underway, several campus upgrades awaited the students and faculty upon their return.

A new school marquee at the front of campus was installed, complete with a new electronic message board.

With just a few days remaining before the first football game, a new scoreboard was installed and ready for use.

Another upgrade is still in progress as the library is being renovated into the Dieter Learning Commons. Over the summer, new ceilings, floors, lighting, and air conditioning were installed and some new furniture was put in the space. Additionally, the students now have more space to work and more places to plug in their devices. The changes in the learning commons are not complete however. Still to be installed are some audio-visual equipment and new glass doors at the entrance, complete with new signage in memory of Frank and Kathy Dieter.

We would like to thank all our donors who made contributions to make all these projects possible. We will have a complete list in our Annual Report.
