Torrance, CA (November 12, 2014): Bishop Montgomery alumnus Darren Meehan '85 of Redondo Beach passed away on November 9, 2014 surrounded by his family and friends. While at BMHS, Darren played football and was a member of the 1984 team that reached the CIF Finals.
Following graduation, he attended Arizona State University, where he earned a degree in Finance in 1990. He then started his own Financial company, Meehan Wealth Management, in Redondo Beach.
Darren is survived by his mother Corinne La Mont of Phoenix and father, Michael Meehan and wife Jennie of New Mexico, his sister Amy Cahhal and husband Jeff, and their son Alexander of Phoenix.
A Celebration of Darren's life will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 4:30-6:00 pm at the Danforth Chapel on the campus of Arizona State University.
