Welcome to the BMHS Swim Team! In order to participate and compete for Bishop Montgomery, students must be an active participant on a competitive year round club swim team.
Students are required to attend club workouts no less than four times a week. Each athlete must know all four competitive strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle). Each swimmer must know how to do a racing dive and flip turns.
