Torrance, CA (March 19, 2014): Bishop Montgomery senior point guard Justin Bibbins '14 will be the recipient of the 2014 John R. Wooden High School Player of the Year Award for the CIF Southern Section Division IV it was announced recently by The Los Angeles Athletic Club.
Bibbins, who will head to Long Beach State in the fall, has led the Knights to a 26-6 record so far this year. The Knights have advanced to the State Southern California Division IV regional finals for the second year in a row. They will play Cantwell-Sacred Heart on Saturday at 4:00pm at Colony High School.

Bibbins is the third Bishop Montgomery basketball player to receive this prestigious award.
