Torrance, CA (December 16, 2013): On Saturday afternoon, Bishop Montgomery boys' basketball player Justin Bibbins '14 recorded what is believed to be the first triple-double in school history. In the Knights' first home game of the 2013-14 season, Bibbins finished with 32 points, 10 assists, and 10 steals to lead the team to a 104-36 win against North Las Vegas Legacy High School.
Bibbins, a four year varsity starter for the Knights, signed a national letter-of-intent in November with Long Beach State. As the starting point guard, he has led the Knights to an 81-14 record to date.
The Knights are currently 6-0 on the season and ranked 5th in the Los Angeles Times' rankings.
