Varsity Football Players Learn Life Skills

Torrance, CA (September 16, 2013): Each Wednesday during the 2013 Bishop Montgomery football season, head coach Ed Hodgkiss will teach a simple life skill to the players on the varsity football team - it is called "How to be a Man Wednesday." These skills are designed to help the young men on the team prepare for situations they will encounter both now and when they graduate.

The first week, the varsity players learned the proper way to shake hands, whether it is seeing a friend, introducing yourself to an adult, or going to a business meeting.

Week two, the players learned how to tie a tie.
