Alumnus in Need of Kidney Transplant

Torrance, CA (July 29, 2013): Bishop Montgomery alumnus Ranjit Clarke '90 is in need of an angel to
save his life. He has been Type 1 diabetic for 20 years, and diabetes has ruined his kidneys. He is on dialysis EVERY DAY. The dialysis helps filter toxins from his body, but it is painful and inefficient. He
needs someone to donate a kidney to save his life!

All costs associated with the testing, transplant surgery, and recovery are covered! All he needs is you! Kidney donation is considered safe and has a very short recovery time. If you are interested in seeing if you are a match for Ranjit, contact Mishon Surprenant, the transplant coordinator at UCLA, at 310-267-6903.

Also, please come out and support Ranjit on August 11, 2013, when local bands Ninth Circle, Motorbreath, and Tribute to Priest are performing  at Saint Rocke to help find a donor and raise funds!

Go to www.saintrocke.com to buy tickets. Saint Rocke is located at 142 Pacific Coast Highway in Hermosa Beach.

If you are interested in donating to help with Ranjit’s medical costs, you can do so through Paypal to [email protected]. You can also email if you would like more information about becoming a donor.

Lastly, please visit and like http://www.facebook.com/ranjitneedsakidney to get regular updates and to spread the word about the need for donations!

Thank you for your prayers and support!
