BMHS Twirler to Compete in National Championships

Torrance, CA (May 10, 2013): Junior Caroline Glymph '14, BMHS Knight Marching Band's Featured Twirler, captured the final spot for the California delegation for the Baton Twirling National Championships, which will be held at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana in July.  Only the top 3 twirlers from each state qualify to compete for championship titles at Nationals.

Caroline missed the only other opportunity to qualify for the national championships while she was traveling with the Knight Band in Washington, D.C.

This will be Caroline's 10th appearance at the national championships. She is currently ranked 3rd in the country in 3-baton twirling and she hopes to place well this year in the 2-baton event as well.

Good Luck, Caroline! Bring home a national championship!
