Torrance, CA (October 11, 2012): The Bishop Montgomery Band and Color Guard made a special visit to Our Lady of Guadalupe School in Hermosa Beach during lunchtime today.
The band and color guard, under the direction on Eric Hankey, performed for the elementary school children at the end of their lunch time and then played for the junior high school students.
OLG students were shown the different band instruments, asked questions of the band director and some of the BMHS students, and posed for a group picture. The band even played "Happy Birthday" to one of the junior high school students.
