Torrance, CA (October 7, 2012): The Bishop Montgomery family lost two members of their community last night.
Longtime maintenance worker Jorge Alvarado passed away on Saturday, October 6 at 11:45pm after a short battle with cancer. Jorge began working at Bishop Montgomery in 1997 and he served as the maintenance foreman for the last eight years. He is survived by his wife, Floridalma, son, Jorge, Jr., daughters Jennifer, Sheila, and Vania, and granddaughter, Lea. He was 51 years old.

The mother of longtime BMHS receptionist Jan Fitzpatrick passed away at 12:50 am on Sunday. Services for Helen Elizabeth Boimilla will be on Thursday, October 11 at 6:00pm at Rice Mortuary.
