Mac Lab is Up and Running

Torrance, CA (October 2, 2012): Room 205 at Bishop Montgomery officially received a face-lift today with the arrival of twenty iMac's. The new Mac Lab is a welcome addition for both the students and teachers at BMHS and will be a valuable tool in many areas.

The new iMacs will allow students to use Adobe Creative Suites 6 to help design and create school publications such as Knightlife (BMHS' student newspaper) and Excalibur (BMHS' yearbook). The iMacs will also allow students and teachers to do more graphic designing and video editing.

"These new iMacs will make things faster and easier for us," explained BMHS publications director and art and computer teacher John Hong. "In addition to curriculum use, the iMacs will be available for student use before and after school as well."
