Fuller '94 Wins 100th Game as Head Coach

Bishop Montgomery's Eric Fuller '94 won his 100th game as a head coach when the Knights defeated Mayfair 3-0 yesterday. BMHS was led by the pitching of Luke Laychak '24 and Cam Protiva '24 who combined to throw a 1-hitter for the Knights. Offensively, BMHS was led by Cole Blumenthal '23, who had two hits and scored a run. 

Fuller is in his 9th season as BMHS' head coach. He has led the Knights to the playoffs five times. Prior to being named head coach in 2015, Fuller served as an assistant coach at BMHS for over a decade. He also served as an assistant coach at Long Beach City College for one year and Wilson High School (LB) for three seasons.

Fuller graduated from BMHS in 1994, where he was a standout pitcher for the Knights. As a senior, he was named Mission League Pitcher of the Year and BMHS Co-Male Athlete-of-the-Year. He went on to pitch at El Camino College, Lynn University, and Cal State Northridge.
