A) Deadline to bring the following to class:

 

1) Print chapter 1 - Vocabulary 1 list from my website.

2) Write the vocab cards:

      * fold each card in two.

      * write each Spanish expression on one half of a card and the English

         translation on the other half (on the same side of the card - the one with

         lines).

      * When all the expression are written on the cards, cut the cards neatly in two,

         using a pair of scissors .

      * You have now a stack of Spanish expressions and a stack of English      

         expressions. Wrap them with a rubber band.

      * Bring the vocab list, the two stacks of cards and two highlighters of different

         color to class. 

 

QUIZ: Chapter 1 (Spain)

Bring the following to class:

 

1) Syllabus signed by you and one of your parents.

2) Binder with 10 dividers

3) Lined paper (3 hole punched.)

4) 2 packs of 50-question scantron sheets.

5) 4 packs of 15-question scantron quiz strips.

6) 500 white index cards (3" X 5").

7) Pens, #2 pencils, eraser, blue or black pens, at least 2 highlighters (different    

     colors)

8) One tissue box.
