Blackbaud Tuition

Bishop Montgomery partners with Blackbaud Tuition for the processing and collection of tuition & fees.

 

 

     - Choose to receive a monthly invoice;

     - Set up recurring automatic payments from your bank account or credit card;

     - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted (with an additional 2.85% Smart Tuition convenience fee).

 

     - Review account history, transaction details, and print monthly invoices;

     - Edit your contact information, password, and payment method;

     - Make a payment or set up recurring payments.

 

     - For recurring payments, a reminder is emailed 7-10 days before the due date;

     - For missed payments and outstanding balances, you will receive an email and phone call.

 

     - Live agents are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year;

     - Spanish speaking representatives are available;

     - Call toll-free at (888) 868-8828 to make payments.

To enroll online with Blackbaud Tuition, please follow these instructions:

 

 

     Visit https://enroll.blackbaud.school

 

 

     Enter Bishop Montgomery High School in the search box. Make your selection by clicking the green circle.

 

 

     Enter the parent, guardian, or bill payer's contact information. Please provide your telephone number and email address as Blackbaud Tuition regularly communicates important information about your account via telephone and email.

 

 

     Enter the names and grades of the children who will attend the school.

 

 

     Review the payment plans offered by BMHS and choose one. The plans listed are selected by BMHS and cannot be changed by Blackbaud Tuition. Select your preferred payment method and due date from the options offered.  (Each year school year, on the family's first tuition statement, a $50 Blackbaud Tuition administrative fee will be included. For families who choose to make a single tuition payment for the entire year, a $20 Blackbaud Tuition administrative fee will be included.)

    

 

     Review Blackbaud Tuition's terms and conditions. Click SUBMIT ENROLLMENT to complete your online enrollment.

 

 

     Upon online enrollment completion, a confirmation page will display and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Once BMHS has reviewed and activated your account, you will receive an email with login instructions.

 

To view your balance, make payments, update your personal information, or chat with a live representative, access your Blackbaud Tuition account at https://parent.smarttuition.com.
