We are pleased to announce that the Archdiocese of Los Angeles has appointed Dr. Michele Benson-Starkey '85 as Bishop Montgomery High School's next principal, effective July 1, 2024. As previously announced, Bishop Montgomery will be moving to a president-principal model.
Dr. Starkey was selected from a highly competitive candidate pool and was interviewed by several panels of stakeholders. Dr. Starkey is an alumna, former faculty member and math department chair, and parent of two BMHS alumni. She has served as the Associate Provost of Mount St. Mary's University and is currently the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs at Woodbury University.
