Ms. Diaz has been a counselor since 2011 and has been working in the field of education since 2007. While working as a counselor her focus has been working with students in the areas of academics, social/emotional and career/post-secondary planning. Ms. Diaz received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and has a Master of Arts in Counseling and PPS Credential in School Counseling from the University of San Diego. Additionally, she has a College Counseling Certificate from UCLA and has completed the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program with the University of California, Irvine.
Ms. Diaz is a dedicated individual who seeks to support and guide students academically and personally in order for students to meet their goals and achieve success as they transition into the 9th grade, throughout their high school experience, and as they graduate from high school.
