Lettermen Club Cabinet Responsibilities

As members of the Lettermen Club Cabinet, all officers are expected to fulfill their leadership responsibilities by attending all mandatory meetings and events as scheduled by the club moderators. These meetings and events are essential for the proper planning, execution, and overall success of the club's activities.

In the event that a cabinet member is unable to attend a mandatory meeting or event, it is their responsibility to notify one of the club moderators in advance with a valid reason for their absence. Communication should be made via email or in-person conversation as soon as the cabinet member becomes aware of the conflict.

Cabinet members who fail to attend mandatory meetings or events without prior notification or valid reasons will receive a "strike." Strikes serve as a formal record of non-compliance with the club’s attendance policy.

Strike System:

• Each unexcused absence from a mandatory meeting or event will result in one (1) strike.
• Cabinet members who accumulate three (3) strikes will be relieved of their duties and dismissed from their position on the cabinet.

This policy is in place to ensure that all members of the cabinet are equally committed to their roles and to the success of the Lettermen Club. Consistent participation and accountability are vital to maintaining a productive and cohesive leadership team.
