Summer Information
Bishop Montgomery offers summer conditioning programs for the following sports: Baseball, Basketball (Girls and Boys), Cross Country (Co-Ed), Football, Soccer (Boys), Tennis (Co-Ed) and Volleyball (Girls.
Summer conditioning programs are strongly recommended but not mandatory for freshmen interested in participating in Bishop Montgomery High School Athletic programs. Special arrangements to accommodate limited family vacations can be made with the respective coach.

To be able to participate in the classes, an updated physical must be on file along with a parent permit form. Physicals are valid for one calendar year.
*BMHS will offer physicals on campus on Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 9:00 - 12:00 in the gymnasium. The cost is $25.
Physicals for 9th and 10th graders - 9:00 - 10:15
Physicals for 11th and 12th graders - 10:15 - 12:00.
**BMHS is looking for doctors and/or nurses to help with the physical exams. This is a great way to get your service hours done! For more information, contact BMHS Athletic Trainer Jamie Kamiya at 310-540-2021 ext. 261.
