Transcripts
Current Students: official transcripts may be ordered online through Parchment for $5.00. An additional fee may be charged depending on the method of delivery. Click on the button below to begin the ordering process. First time users will be prompted to create a free Parchment account. Transcript requests will be processed within three (3) school days, unless there is a hold on your account. Please note, we are not able to process transcript orders during school holidays or breaks.

Current students should consult with their academic counselors regarding whether an official transcript is required during the college application process. Many initial and mid-year transcripts can be sent by your counselor electronically through Naviance at no cost. However, all college-bound seniors must request a final, official transcript to be sent to the college of their choice.

Order Credentials from Parchment

Alumni: BMHS alumni may order an official copy of your transcript online through the Parchment link, or through the Transcript Request Form along with the $5.00 fee. Please note that an official high school transcript may be used to show proof of high school graduation.

WITHHOLDING OF TRANSCRIPTS/REPORT CARDS
The school will not release a transcript/report card, official or unofficial, to a parent, student, college or an employer unless obligations have been met by the student or the parents.

WITHHOLDING OF DIPLOMAS
The school will not grant a diploma to a student unless all obligations (including but not limited to financial, disciplinary, community service, athletic and academic) have been met.

ACCESS TO SCHOOL RECORDS
Parents of currently enrolled or former pupils have an absolute right to access any and all pupil records related to their children which are maintained by the school. The school assumes implicit authorization to release non-confidential information such as names of honor roll students, award recipients, and activity participants, unless informed to the contrary by the parents or the student.

WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS
The school grants full credit for all work a student accomplishes up to the time of transfer. Principals must follow the directives of the local County Superintendent of Schools regarding student attendance.

EDUCATION VERIFICATIONS
Third party organizations requesting an education verification for a former Bishop Montgomery High School student should email 1) a copy of the request and 2) a signed authorization to release information to [email protected]. The turn-around time for an education verification is approximately two business days.
