Torrance, CA (March 20, 2015): Students from the Bishop Montgomery Italian program enjoyed a field trip on March 19, the Feast of St. Joseph. They attended the special St. Joseph’s Feast Day Mass in Italian at St. Peter’s Italian Catholic Church in Los Angeles.
After Mass, they joined the procession over to the Casa Italiana Hall and enjoyed viewing the “Tavola di San Giuseppe” and eating pasta, pizza, meatballs, cannoli and other Italian delicacies.
The proceeds from this event support St. Peter’s Meal Program for those in need in the Los Angeles area.
