Summer Athletic Conditioning Classes

Bishop Montgomery offers summer conditioning programs for the following sports: Baseball, Basketball (Girls and Boys), Cross Country (Co-Ed), Football, Soccer (Boys and Girls), Tennis (Boys and Girls) and Volleyball (Girls).

Summer conditioning programs are strongly recommended but not mandatory for freshmen interested in participating in Bishop Montgomery High School Athletic programs. Special arrangements to accommodate limited family vacations can be made with the respective coach.

Phyical Exams
To be able to participate in the classes, an updated physical must be on file along with a parent permit form. Physicals are valid for one calendar year. Click here for more information and required forms.
