Homework:Homework is an essential element of this class.  The daily assignments are the foundation for which all future learning is based.  Homework will not be accepted on anything other than standard loose-leaf paper, and points will be deducted if it is written in anything other than pencil.  It is the student’s responsibility to hand in all homework on            time.  Late homework will not be accepted.  In case of an absence from school or class, it is the responsibility of the student to inquire about homework.  The student will have the same number of days to make-up work that is equal to the number of days missed.

Tests/Quizzes:Tests will be announced several days in advance.  The day immediately preceding the test will be used as a review day.  It is the responsibility of the student to be prepared with any questions he/she may have.  If a student misses a test, he/she will take it on the first day back to class.  Missing a review day is no excuse for not taking the test.  There will be several quizzes throughout the class, some may be unannounced.

Extra Credit: There will be no extra credit given in this course.
